How do I schedule an appointment for a consultation or measure?

Call us to disuss your plans or stop by to talk to us in person. If you are needing to make selections for a new home or full remodel, it's a great idea to call ahead to schedule a showroom appointment to ensure you can receive the greatest customer service possible.

What can I expect to happen at the showroom?

Our knowledgable staff will walk you through the complete process of your project. We will help you hand-select and coordinate all of the finishes you are needing for your space.

What should I bring to my appointment?

In order to get to know you a little better, bring any inpiration photos with you of colors, styles, and designs. If it is a new home, please bring a full-sized construction drawing.

What's the next step?

Once we come by to measure your space (or use your construction drawings), we will submit estimates to you based on your selections. We will talk about options on your specific project and where to go from there. If this is a materials only project, you would simply let us know the quantities of what you are needing.

I am ready to move forward, what do I do now?

Great! We are excited to partner with you on this journey. You would place half-down on the invoice so that materials can be ordered and we can get you on our installation schedule. If you are only purchasing materials, then the invoice would need to be paid in full in order to receive products.

How does the installation process work?

Once orders are placed and ETAs are received, we will give you a call to put you on our installation schedule for the next available date. If we are also working with a contractor on your project, we would work along side them to ensure the project is completed in a timely manner and with as much ease as possible. Once our part of the project is completed, the second portion of your invoice would be due. However, we are still a part of the job until it is completed entirely.

Return and Refund Policy

Special order materials may be returned (certain conditions apply), subject to approval by manufacturer.


A Return will adhere to the following :

  • Typically manufactures don't accept materials past 30 days from receiving
  • Boxes must be unopened/undamaged
  • A 25% restocking fee applies from the manufacturer
  • Freight may also need be paid to ship the items back
  • Some manufacturers require a carton minimum in order to accept a return
