WPC vinyl flooring is known for their ease of installation. They are equipped with a pad pre-attached to the back, making it a great overall product. WPC is softer, warmer, and quieter, but can dent more easily than an SPC.
-locking/floating

-rigid and easy to install
-pre-attached pad
-most manufacturers allow installation over specific existing floors
-Because of its thickness, it could hide subfloor imperfections as well as lessen the amount of floor prep needed versus a glue-down vinyl
-easy to maintain
-a little louder than a glue-down vinyl but still quieter than an SPC
- the core is made of recycled wood pulp and plastic composites (making it completely waterproof)
When it comes to vinyl flooring, the wear layer is key. It protects your floors from scratches and everyday wear. The thicker the wear layer, the more durable your flooring will be. Talk with us to find the best vinyl option for your space!
On a SPC vinyl, the core is comprised of natural limestone powder, polyvinyl chloride, and stabilizers (making it completely waterproof). Although it is a rigid core product like the WPC vinyl, it holds up to heavier foot traffic as well as heavy furniture. SPC is harder and very durable as it’s made from stone particles, but it is louder and less comfortable than WPC.

LVP/LVT products are what most people know as the general term "vinyl plank". This is a durable flooring option, consisting of multiple layers (including PVC as the main body) with a realistic image, covered by a wear layer bearing a textured surface. We recommend this for concrete foundations ONLY.
-glue-down
-waterproof
-feels more stable under foot
-easy to medium installation
-easy to maintain
-glue-down vinyl is easier to repair/replace versus a locking floor

Waterproof resilient flooring is designed to resist swelling or peaking when exposed to surface moisture. However, it is not meant to act as a moisture barrier in constantly damp environments. You can confidently wet mop, clean up spills, and handle everyday messes—your floor is built to last for years! Please note that warranties do not cover leaks or natural events that may cause damage or promote mold growth over time. For complete details, refer to the manufacturer’s warranty and installation guidelines.
