Candace Drake, allied asid, CAPS

A native of Cuero, Candace earned her Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from Texas State University and has been a proud member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) since 2010. Although her early career focused on commercial projects nationwide, she ultimately discovered her passion in residential design, where she excels at transforming clients’ visions into spaces that exceed expectations. Candace’s foundation in the design and construction industry began in childhood, when her parents instilled in her a strong work ethic, an understanding of tools, and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship through their family business. Today, she serves on the Crossroads Builders Association Board of Directors and participates actively in several subcommittees. Recognized as a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS), Candace is also a member of the American Business Women’s Association and Victoria Professional Express Network (VPEN). Kristian Saylors

Kristian, co-owner of Crossroads Flooring and Design, lives in Victoria, Texas with her two children. She has worked in the residential industry since 2011 preforming inside sales. She works closely with clients to guide them through the selection process so that each space truly reflects who they are and how they live. To her, a home should be a reflection of the people who live in it- warm, welcoming, and uniquely personal. Helping others bring that vision to life is her profession and passion! Kristian also handles all accounting and bookkeeping needs. When she is not at the office you'll most likely find her spending time with her kids, enjoying the chaos and joy that comes with family life. She also loves catching up with friends over iced coffee or a glass of wine - those connections keep her grounded and inspired.
